In 2021, Zionsville Eyecare launched our new vision benefit plan for our patients and community. Industry changes and decreased reimbursements have spurred us to design an exciting new option for our patients to consider.  We discovered that many of our patients have more costs than they realize in managed vision care premiums with their employer and still unpredictable out-of-pocket costs. This on top of unknown allowances and some of the most complicated formulas to apply these allowances in all of healthcare.

Eagle Eyes Vision Plan by Zionsville Eyecare is an annual membership savings plan designed to replace traditional vision plans for routine annual refractive care and analysis. It does not replace the need for medical care and enrollment will not cover care needed for medically based chief complaints.
