Patient Portal

In February 2021, Zionsville Eyecare switched to a new cloud-based records system that will allow us to better serve our patients. As a part of this change, we are now offering a new Patient Portal. There are now a variety of tools available in this new interface to improve your experience with our team. From scheduling to records review and direct secure communication with our team of doctors, we know this interface will bring added value to your experience with our team.

To help facilitate your visit, we will send the following Patient Registration Packet directly to you via email or text. We ask that you do your best to complete the packet prior to your appointment. You may also utilize this secure link to complete your packet in advance or access a printable copy.

Payment Options

Zionsville Eyecare believes in providing the best value for you and your family. We have products and pricing that aims to accommodate all budgets and our office participates in most insurance programs. For patients who have little or no vision benefits coverage, flexible payment programs may be arranged. To learn more about our payment options, please call our office directly.

Our office accepts cash, check, and major debit and credit cards including MasterCard and Visa, as well as Care Credit.

All of the above plans can be used for all your eye care and eyewear needs, including eyeglasses, contact lenses, routine office visits and medical office visits.

Care Credit
